Big Days Out
Open to all members - but aimed mainly at our younger Sections.

March
Disney Live 
A day trip for our younger members to the Disney Live show at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow.

Dundee Swim 'n' Bowl 
A day trip aimed at Cubs, Scouts and Explorers - swimming at Olympia Pool and 10-pin bowling at Megabowl.
 
June
Loudoun Castle theme park 
Open to all members and always popular - a fun day out at Loudoun Castle theme park
 
September
Camperdown Park and Sensations Live Science Centre 
Open to all members, visiting Camperdown Park Wildlife Centre and Sensations Live Science Centre. A fun day out with a serious side, allowing progress to be made in Awards and Activity Badges.

April
Explorer Scout Expedition Weekend
An opportunity for our Explorer Scouts to develop their expedition planning, navigation and hiking skills.
 
May
Scout Camping Weekend
An opportunity for Scouts to develop and improve their basic Scout camping skills. Will be held at Fordell Firs and followed a few weeks later by the Gibb Bugle camping competition, in which we will be entering a team
 
June
Group Summer Weekend Camp - "At the Movies"
A weekend camp involving all our Sections. Takes place at Fordell Firs over the June holiday weekend. A three-night option will be available to Scouts and Explorers. Will be an action-packed weekend "at the movies"

Explorer Scout Summer Expedition - Japan
An exciting two-week trip to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo

Scout Summer Camp - Great Tower Camp Site
A one-week ScoutSummer camp - in tents, with loads of on-site activities and local trips and visits.
