activities and places! Our global travels have taken us to the USA (Orlando, Washington DC, Baltimore and New York), Switzerland, the South of France, Paris; Ireland,
Japan, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany. Our biggest adventure was our 2009 Easter Expedition to South Africa (see below).

Scroll down the page to see some of the things we've done South Africa Expedition In April 2009, 12 Explorer Scouts and four Leaders took part in a world-quality two-week expedition to the KwaZulu Natal province of South Africa. Learning bush ranger skills and coming face-to-face with wildlife in the Umfolozi Reserve. The group visited the battlefields of Blood River, Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift - finding out about the Zulu and Boer Wars. The most exciting challenge was to live in a Zulu village for four days, experiencing genuine community life and taking part in a project to bring fresh, tapped water to the village.
